Katie Sprague is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker who finds joy in serving her clients and providing the knowledge and support needed to ensure that everyone involved is put at ease with the sometimes stressful real estate transfer process.

She specializes in second home and vacation properties, with a sagacious understanding of what it takes to live on the lakes. Currently, "Home" is found in southern Seneca county where she is active in local happenings. Katie Sprague is a member of the National, State, and Local Association of Realtors and NYS MLS Alliance, as well as the Residential Real Estate Council.
